Chargeback & Dispute Policy
At Austin Cleaning Crew, we are committed to resolving any service issues professionally and fairly. If you're not satisfied with your clean, we offer a free return visit to address any concerns brought to our attention within 48 hours of service completion. This policy ensures that we have a fair chance to make things right before alternative action is taken.
By booking service with Austin Cleaning Crew, you agree that initiating a credit card chargeback without first allowing us the opportunity to resolve your issue constitutes a breach of our service agreement and voids any eligibility for:
- Refunds or partial credits
- Discounts or future service credits
- Continued access to Austin Cleaning Crew services
All chargebacks will be disputed in full, and we will submit all supporting documentation including communication records, work logs, timestamps, before/after photos, and signed agreements. We reserve the right to pursue collections for outstanding balances resulting from reversed payments and associated chargeback fees.
Austin Cleaning Crew prices most of its services based on estimated labor hours at a standardized hourly rate. In some cases, this estimate may be capped or adjusted based on actual time spent. When a job takes significantly less time than expected, we may reduce the final charge at our discretion. When a job takes longer—due to condition, size, or unforeseen circumstances—we reserve the right to adjust accordingly, and clients will be notified in real-time or after the clean.
Once our team arrives and begins work, labor hours that have been worked in good faith are not refundable under any circumstances. Cleaning is a time-based service, and that time, once invested, cannot be reclaimed. Refunds will not be issued for:
- Subjective dissatisfaction without a chance to return and correct
- Client requests for discounts after service is completed
- Claims made more than 48 hours after the clean
- Partial issues when the majority of scope was completed
We stand behind our work. If something was missed or overlooked, we offer one free return visit within 48 hours to fix the issue. However, if the return is declined or the issue is not reported within that timeframe, the job is considered final and approved, and no further remedy will be provided.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
