Get Out and Enjoy These Austin Events in May

May is a special month before we start to see triple digit temperatures here in Austin. Recurring cleans can help you get out and enjoy it all the more! We love freeing up our clients' time to go out and enjoy this beautiful city we all call home. Here are some things we're eyeing on this month's calendar.

As we enter our rainiest month and last month before triple digits start to grace our thermometers, we're excited to share the things that we'll be doing here at Austin Cleaning Crew in May. With a good cleaning plan, we hope you'll be able not only to join us at some of these events, but show us even more events you attend with all that free time!

Say goodbye to 80s and hello to 90s!

First Things First: Water!

We all know the water levels vary at these spots, but May will likely be our last chance to reach them.

Barton Creek Greenbelt

The short hike over to Twin and Sculpture Falls right in Barton Creek is an excellent plan for a weekday or weekend. I myself trail run often over there and you'll catch my girlfriend hiking with her "cute ankle weights" at least twice a week.

Get it before it's a patch of rocks and weeds!

Hamilton Pool Preserve

Just a 40 minute drive away, this unique spot featured on many-a-poster around town requires a reservation and some careful planning. If only you had a scheduled time when somebody will be cleaning your home to plan around, oh wait you do!

You too can joyously jump into some delightfully cold water.

Blue Hole

If the water at Barton Springs and Deep Eddy is too cold for you, take a trip down to Wimberley and enjoy the little shops and a less-cool 75 degree plunge. Reserve a time slot, enjoy the shade, bring a blanket and some snacks and chill!

Looks pretty chill to me.

Enjoy These Events Around Town

TRIBEZA's Inaugural Luxury Home Tour — May 3rd

We help custom builders, remodelers, and designers get homes ready for TRIBEZA's home tours. So, come and check out some of the most unique estates around town and marvel at how clean they are. If you're a design nerd, zillow warrior, or just a fan of The Great Gatsby, this one's for you.

Seismic's Spring Showcase at The Concourse Project — May 9 & 10

Enjoy some late and late late night shows at DJ Mag's #2 electronic music venue in the US. Whether you're looking to immerse yourself in the deep house of Camelphat or sing along to Peggy Gou's club bangers, your home will be clean and ready for your early morning return.

Just remember your earplugs!

Hot Luck Fest — May 22-25

Delight your tastebuds just like we do for every nook and cranny of your home at this multi-venue festival. Craving some Franklin Barbecue, Jester King beer, or just a sampler while you walk around and listen to some bands at Mohawk? This is the festival for you.

See you out there!
